It is my favorite food in the whole world: rice noodles in a fishy soup soured with tamarind. The pink things are ginger flowers. Due to the spicy and sour taste of the fish broth Assam Laksa is very addictive

Apom Balik (Stuffed Pancake)
Apom balik is a sticky rice-flour pancake with creamed corn inside.
Batu Maung Satay (Grilled Meat on Skewers)
Batu Maung satay — grilled pieces of chicken, pork, or beef on bamboo. It is served with cucumber pieces and sliced white onion
Lok Lok (Hot Pot)
There will be a hot pot in the center of the table that you lower sticks of stuff vegetables, tofu, seafood.
